Welcome to Dennis Academy building a team for competition

'The moment we truly annotate, become critical thinkers, then questioned theories, analysed timelines behaviour, that's the time we are ready for Exam day that's the moment we become award winners!'

TO OUR STUDENTS
Warm welcome
TO OUR STUDENTS
TO OUR PARENTS
A warm welcome and thank you for joining Dennis-Academy. I believe in leading from the front. The truth and nothing but the truth. I have covered almost all schools in London. It is time for a fresh approach. Those who enjoy to be intellectually challenged. School is more than a routine it leads to the pathway of a winners mindset. In a world of opportunity our students face the perplexing challenges of competition of a tomorrow. But the power is within the brain. The power of memory.
As parents, we're always looking for the right thing to say. And while we may not have all the answers when it comes to the constantly changing learning landscape, we luckily do have famous figures and inspiring activists to help us find the right words to inspire, motivate, and even make our kids laugh as they gear up for school. From back-to-school traditions and values, and traditions are so important. I was born in hackney and have seen the drastic changes within hackney and I say this: ask a student which he/she prefers to do in their fee time, listening to music or reading a book? they will always choose music and its this that is our competition, its traditions that we disregard and then suffer for in the future as we all have one wish for our students to be on the road to graduation.

THE
TEAM
TO MY TEACHERS
I am laying down the foundations of a common ground between student and teacher so you may engage correctly So, we can be on the road 'finally' to find the next Shakespeare, Einstein's eldris Elba and so on.
TO MY FIRST AID TEAM, ADMIN TEAM, RECEPTION, DINNER LADIES, CLEANERS AND SECURITY
You keep this wheel moving!

D, My dedicated team will give you all the help you need.
If you are ready to change your life around and need help then this school is for you, all I ask from you is to abide by the rules and uphold the values of the schools name.
I am putting this out there like no other school in London. I understand from my tours of different schools in London, and I get it (I totally get it) what is missing?
Behaviour: it’s robbing our time, our resources and worse our talent! That being said I am built with resilience and will expect my team to be also, I've worked in SEN, PRU'S.

E, we will engage in its entirety. i don't want a school of unhappiness: endless detentions, using toilet breaks as a excuse and so on. Because something has gone wrong somewhere. There is an uprising amongst students: them vs us. Remember we're a team this is so important. I want students to express growing confidence: to stand before the class doing a presentation, to answer questions to rid this quite/shyness. I too, was a quite person in school and believe it cost me my talent; only leaving school I found out I enjoyed public speaking! But there must be a time for stillness. Engagement will now work differently and my team will adapt a new way of learning especially for this. Look, If you believe you're a boisterous person then Drama, Sports should be perfect for you. It shouldn't be in English, Maths, Science, Art etc. These lessons abide by critical thinking, and judgement-that being said: i'm looking for voiced opinions in a controlled way. Thats how we work as a team: to annotate scriptures, language being used, theory being questioned, timeline analysed. The allure/breathtaking of Art and photography. The dynamics of a note on a piano. To how computers help to organise, manage, and complete the tasks more efficiently. So, if you've been a witness to noise in your classroom and are fed up with it. This is the school for you. Remember we are not looking for robots! We are looking for happiness

N, our neat presentation is of the upmost importance. How we present ourselves is so important it reflects who we are. Presentations are a great way to have students practise all languages: vocabulary, grammar, phonology and skills (speaking, reading, writing and listening) builds confidence, and presenting is a skill that most people will need in the world of work.

N, we will nurture talented students, because every student has a finger print every student has a talent. What I want is passion! To find the next Shakespeare, Einstein, Eldris Elba, Tony Blair, linford christie! I know this talent is in hackney and im determined to find it. Which brings me to the word 'formal' how things are done. I will not stand idle for poor behaviour in my school, I want to see group reading, working as a team, and enjoying learning. I know the playground is your freedom, I get it! I don't want robots I want passion! passion! passion! Remember I mentioned being a musician in the past I still have my contacts and hope to have a mini concert in assembly for you all {lets just say she once had a top ten hit]
I, to inspire the next generation. One of my inspirations was William Jenkyn Thomas (5 July 1870 – 14 March. He was a writer too. As a Welsh headmaster and author best known for his The Welsh Fairy Book. He was an undergraduate student at the University of Cambridge and in addition to his writings worked as a lecturer and teacher. He was the first Head Master at Aberdare Intermediate School (1896-1905) and was headmaster (1905-1935) at a school in Hackney.
in a world of competition, let us build to compete. In education we annotate scripture to understanding rules in maths, to Science referring to its periodic table about an elements, atomic mass and chemical symbol. To time-lines upon history, to language and sounds of the centuries, as do religion and Arts and health our well-beings, we are not just competing amongst ourselves, but technology: the computerised empire is building around us [whether we like it or not] and we must adapt accordingly . Evolution changes, and yet it’s so important to hold onto tradition and values, as a son of immigrants from the Caribbean, culture is so important to me, knowing who you are is so important, religion is so important, being British is so important.
